These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SOLÈNE. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
01 Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using SOLÈNE (“SOLÈNE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use SOLÈNE on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
02 Who we are
SOLÈNE provides Destiny-Matrix readings interpreted through a psychology-informed lens. You can contact us at contact@solenematrix.com.

03 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use SOLÈNE. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
04 The service
SOLÈNE calculates a personal “Matrix” from your date of birth and gender and provides interpretive readings. Everyone can always:
- calculate their Matrix and view their Matrix chart; and
- receive the Free Snapshot, without creating an account or making a purchase.
Paid readings (Essential, Complete and Signature) unlock deeper interpretation, an energy timeline and downloadable PDF reports, as described at the point of purchase. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
05 Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time in My Space.
06 Plans, pricing & payment
Paid readings are one-time purchases (not subscriptions) in US dollars, processed securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
- Early-Access pricing is available during SOLÈNE’s launch period and may increase as the platform evolves. The price you paid for a completed purchase will not change retroactively.
- Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Access to a purchased reading is granted to your account once payment is confirmed.
07 Delivery & refunds
Purchased readings are digital content delivered to your account immediately after payment. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period (such as the 14-day right under EU/UK consumer law) to the extent permitted by law.
Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived — for example, if a reading was not delivered, was faulty, or was not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us at contact@solenematrix.com and we will make it right where appropriate. We may also grant refunds at our discretion.
08 Readings for other people
The Signature Collection lets you generate readings for other people (such as a partner, family member or friend) using their date of birth and gender. If you enter another person’s details, you confirm that you have a legitimate basis to do so and, where required, their awareness or consent. You are responsible for how you use readings you generate for others.
09 Acceptable use
When using SOLÈNE, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest, resell, sublicense or redistribute our reports, interpretations or knowledge base;
- reverse engineer, probe or attempt to extract our underlying content or source code except as permitted by law;
- access the service through automated means, or interfere with its security, integrity or availability;
- misuse the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
10 Intellectual property & your licence
SOLÈNE and its content — including the site, design, text, interpretations, knowledge base, and brand — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the service and to use the reports you generate for your own personal purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11 Nature of the readings
SOLÈNE’s readings are provided for self-reflection, insight and personal interest. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, are not a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. If you are struggling, please seek support from a qualified professional.
12 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any reading will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLÈNE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These limits do not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SOLÈNE harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right — including in connection with details you enter about other people.
14 Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to operate SOLÈNE, including Stripe (payments), a transactional email provider, and cloud hosting and storage providers. Your use of the service may be subject to those providers’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with processors.
15 Suspension & termination
You may stop using SOLÈNE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.
16 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time as the service or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of SOLÈNE after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
17 Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live. Where possible, we would like to resolve any dispute informally first — please contact us and we will try to help.

18 General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown at the point of purchase, are the entire agreement between you and SOLÈNE regarding the service.
